With strong growth and demand in the market, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and experienced ICT Sales Representative to join our Melbourne-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow B2B accounts in IT hardware, software, and networking solutions
• Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Collaborate with presales and technical teams to prepare quotations and proposals
• Coordinate with distributors and vendors for pricing, inventory, and special bids
• Develop go-to-market strategies and support marketing campaigns
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products across Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, and others

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT sales, specifically selling Cisco and HPE products
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, security, and infrastructure solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
• Familiarity with vendor deal registration processes and CRM systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification – Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and manage Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, and HPE networks
• Design secure networking solutions for SMB and enterprise clients
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in network engineering
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, VLANs
• Cisco or Fortinet certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal and client-facing project milestones
• Assist sales and technical teams with scheduling and follow-ups
• Document actions, outcomes, and ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience in project tracking tools (e.g., Monday, Trello, Asana)
• Prior IT or services experience preferred
